"Rena settles down after a long day roaming." This human grooms Rena into a sleepy state, where she was headed already, and she eventually begins to groom him back.What's amazing is that Rena could choose to go off anywhere, but she chooses to stay on her human's thigh. She goes in an out of a sleepy state and snuggles into her spot. I think I even see her bruxing and boggling about three-quarters through. The human doesn't do much at all and Rena is nonetheless contented to be physically on her human.



More bonding interaction. "Rena grooms her tail and then grooms my hand."



"All the girls grooming." Mutual grooming. Sally and Rena groom one their humans, and she grooms them back. Excellent example of the rattie skill of human nail filing.



"Sally's tail writhes and wiggles while being stroked." The human tries to figure out what scritching keeps Sally's tail wiggling. Sally is in a clear state of ecstasy for over 3 minutes! I promise to post every wiggle-tail video I ever find. :)



Sally in a peaceful moment, being scritched by her human for over 6 minutes. Nice yawning and dozing too. Why do we like putting our rats to sleep if we can do it?
Then Rena joins and there's some rat-rat grooming and more dozing. The being-groomed rat always seems to love it.
